This Transformational 4-day Training Qualifies You to Teach: Yoga Ed High School Curriculum to teens in studios and in Schools: • Prepares you to teach fitness, health and life skills through yoga to teens • Includes 36 weeks of lesson plans, a teachers guide and resources • Meets national PE Standards/Challenges • Cost-Effective way to lay the foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness • Addresses multiple intelligence’s and adolescent developmental issues Yoga Ed Tools for Teachers to Classroom Teachers: • Prepares you to teach simple yoga techniques designed for the classroom • Train teachers to become “yoga educated” so they may incorporate yoga-based activities daily schedule to reduce stress and enhance focus, self-discipline, learning, and health • Requires no experience, extra space, or equipment • Provide teachers with five to fifteen minute activities, so teachers and students can feel better and improve creativity, behavior, and achievement Curriculum Materials Included: • YogaEd 36 Week curriculum/Teacher’s Guide and Resources • YogaEd Tools for Teachers Training Handbook and Manual
