About our classes:Traditional yoga techniques are recreated in simple and fun ways to make yoga more accessible to children. Practicing yoga, in addition to being great exercise, helps kids to develop self-awareness, build self-esteem, and promotes respect for both themselves and the world around them.
PeaceFull Kids teaches a complete form of exercise as well as encourages the inclusion of language & creative arts, reading, writing, science, music, ecology & health. In the context of one class, these components are blended seamlessly with stretching, breathing exercises, and yoga poses in order to engage the “whole” child. Classes are comprehensive, imaginative and playful!
